Selim Yesilyurt ("we", "us", or "our") built the Ezan Vakti app (the "App") as a free, ad-supported application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Location Data: The App may request access to your device's location to determine your geographic position for calculating accurate prayer times. This location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on any external server.

All app data (saved cities, notification preferences, and settings) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements in the App. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address
• General device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14 and later, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing advertisers to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

If you deny tracking, ads will still be shown but they will not be personalized.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdMob — for serving advertisements (Privacy Policy)
• SKAdNetwork — Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution framework

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Retention

Since all user data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all app data by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Resetting app settings within the App

7. Data Security

All locally stored data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). No data is transmitted to external servers by us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising via App Tracking Transparency
• Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings
• Revoke location access at any time in your device settings
• Delete all app data at any time
• Request information about your data by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
