These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA") govern your use of the HelalMİ mobile application and related services ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and this EULA. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
This EULA is an agreement between you and Selim Yesilyurt ("Developer"). This agreement is concluded solely between you and the Developer and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple").
The Developer, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content, maintenance, support, and operation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App or applicable purchase in accordance with Apple's applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no further warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's applicable Usage Rules.
The App is licensed to you, not sold to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
HelalMİ is an informational application designed to help users understand food ingredients, food additives, product information, and their potential halal status.
Depending on the features available, the App may allow users to search for ingredients or products, scan product barcodes, review ingredient information, and receive informational halal classifications.
The information provided by the App is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not constitute an official halal certification service, religious authority, fatwa, legal advice, medical advice, or professional religious determination.
The App is not intended to replace a qualified Islamic scholar, recognized halal certification body, manufacturer confirmation, or official product documentation.
The App may classify products, ingredients, or additives using categories such as:
These classifications are generated or determined using information, sources, databases, rules, and methodology available to the App at the time of analysis.
A classification provided by the App does not constitute an official halal certificate or a binding religious ruling.
An "Unknown" or "Questionable" classification means that the available information may not be sufficient to establish a definitive conclusion.
The halal status of an ingredient or product may depend on factors that cannot always be determined from an ingredient list alone.
These factors may include the source of an ingredient, manufacturing processes, processing aids, production equipment, cross-contamination, suppliers, formulation changes, and certification status.
Therefore, an ingredient list or database result may not always provide sufficient information to establish the complete halal status of a product.
Users who require a definitive determination should verify the product directly with the manufacturer or an appropriate recognized halal certification authority.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. However, we do not guarantee that information contained in the App is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Product formulations, ingredient sources, manufacturing processes, suppliers, and certification statuses may change without notice.
We are not responsible for changes made by manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, certification organizations, or other third parties after information has been added to the App.
Where barcode scanning or product lookup is available, results may depend on databases and information supplied by third parties or other external sources.
We do not guarantee that every barcode, product, ingredient, formulation, manufacturer, or certification is represented in the App's database.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether the information provided by the App meets their personal religious requirements.
If you require certainty regarding the halal status of a particular product, you should consult an appropriate qualified authority or rely on valid certification from a recognized halal certification body.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other In-App Purchases through Apple's App Store.
Subscription prices, durations, and available offers are displayed to you before purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable rules.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Any applicable free trial or introductory offer, renewal terms, and pricing will be displayed before purchase.
Purchases made through the App are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment and App Store terms.
Unless otherwise stated, the App, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, original text, databases, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its proprietary content except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

The App may use third-party services, databases, APIs, advertising networks, analytics providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or external links.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using such services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

We aim to keep the App available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.
The Service may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network failures, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from the App at any time.
We may also update this EULA and these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or our services.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and the information provided through the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that information provided by the App will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of abuse, security risks, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and other mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable EU or Member State law remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
